FDDAI 2-Pack Large 66-Quart Plastic Storage Bins – Clear Containers with Latching Lids (Blue Latch)

Just the right size but not as sturdy as I would have liked. Bought these for their size. They fit best as a shelf in my garage storage, 12" tall and about 30" deep. My only concern is how well they will hold up as the plastic is a little thinner and wobblier than I would have liked. For the price I would have expected more stability but I will have to see how they hold up.

The locking mechanisms themselves are worthless. The locking mechanisms can easily be opened if touched horizontally. I was actually going to use them in the bed of my truck, but I have absolutely no confidence that they will stay closed.

Damaged I liked the containers but now 3 lids arrived damaged and I didn't have time to return them. We needed them immediately so I had to tape them before they went into storage. Check thoroughly for damage and allow plenty of time for exchange.

The picture is misleading. I thought I was getting one large fan, instead I got several and will be back.

Disappointed. This arrived and one of the lids was broken upon delivery, so not really a value if it arrives like that. I am not returning it because I needed the item. The container feels flimsy so we will see how it holds up over time. I was expecting something sturdier than this. I don't think I would buy it again unless it was all I could get.

Not sturdy. The handles are very "loose" and at least one broke before I gave it to my daughter as a Christmas present.

How easily it breaks during transport My wife is not satisfied with the quality of the storage containers

bad packaging The containers are ok. They are thin but adequate. The packaging is not good. They arrived in a crushed cardboard box. No internal protection, just the cardboard box. There was internal damage that caused one container lid to not lock.

Blue handles One of the blue handles that close the lid is broken. How do I get a replacement?

Good product, would buy again if the price hadn't doubled. Would love to buy again but the price doubled which is really lame. I bought my set of 2 for 32 tax.

Heading Came without a lid, wasn't enough stress to send it back even though it's 30, just my experience, use it what you want

The plastic is too thin so the box cannot support the weight of a box full of papers. I tried storing papers for various projects, medical records, and financial documents in it. Before the container was even full, the walls warped so the lids wouldn't lock properly. I couldn't stack them three high, only two high. I used to be able to stack five high with other brands of containers.

My bins stay clean even after 8 years, flexible plastic that doesn't break easily but of course it will break if you step on it! It can take a lot of bending and abuse, so the handles fold over and keep the lid secure. In the 8 years I've been using them, not one handle has broken off the hinges.

Wobbly but good fit. I needed an odd size so these did the job. So I would probably buy them again. I've been using them for a few months. I store winter clothes in them. They only work because they're somewhere they can't be bumped, dropped or stacked. Otherwise, one wrong move will break them. The handles fall off but are easy to reattach. You can't use them to store anything substantial, sweaters will do.

Good but the price has gone up. These are great. Best trash cans I have bought. They are big, snap on and have no cracks. I have bought these several times in the last year and always 42 for 2, now it is 62 for 2. I imagine they are a few dollars but almost 20 more. Thank you Biden.

Decline in manufacturing quality. I have purchased this twice. Once in 2019 and again in 2024. The containers I purchased in 2019 are 5 fantastic. The one I am purchasing in 2024 is 1. I hope it is a gamble but the newer order feels thinner and flimsier and the handles fall off frequently. The plastic on the tub is not fully cut. The older order has everything I needed for storage.

Quality is questionable We ordered two and one arrived literally completely broken. I don't know how this can happen, but the plastic was scattered everywhere in little pieces. The quality is questionable.

Delivered damaged. Both lid and container arrived damaged. Returning was a hassle as the box it came in was already damaged and was torn when opened. Would prefer a refund/discount. Disappointed. It is the right size though.

Not as long as expected. It's supposed to be 16.25" long, but that's not all storage. The base is only 13" long.

Not the best quality when locking the lid, otherwise great internal dimensions that are not correct. I bought this product because of its price and internal dimensions. Of course, I was hoping that the quality would also be adequate, but I was wrong. In short, the fasteners do not fasten the lid securely and the internal dimensions are not smaller as stated. Although the quality of this product did not meet my expectations, ultimately I will keep this purchase and choose not to return it, simply because the benefit of not having to start my craft outweighs the risk of damaging the contents of the box due to inadequate handle locking.

Not as big as I thought I would be willing to pay for because the dimensions given were perfect for my daughters shelves. However, they are not that big. They are over an inch smaller in both directions, which wastes a lot of space. The quality is fine, so no complaints there.

Clear containers. They were made of clear plastic, which is what I wanted, but I thought they would be more equilateral in shape.

The container does not have the strongest closure and seal. I use these containers to store my daughter's clothes and things that she no longer needs. The containers do not close completely so they feel a little wobbly. Since I am putting them in my shed, I want them to be completely closed and sealed so I taped them shut as a precaution. However, if you are using them for home storage, they seem to be no problem to use.

Not so good. I bought them because they are the size I wanted. They are not as sturdy as other brands I have bought before. The lid seems wobbly. And the latch does not close well. If dropped, they could pop open.

Much smaller These are much smaller than you think. Actually, only Christmas decorations fit in them.

Crack easily. 2 of my new ones broke after just a week.

The locks keep falling off and won't stay locked. The locks keep falling out. I assume that's why these are toy boxes and not storage boxes. Also, I ordered 4 boxes and lids. I got 3 boxes and 7 lids. They refunded me the price of one box, but as far as customer service goes, I wish I had tried another way. They could have sent out a replacement box to fulfill the order, which would have been ideal. They could have sent out a replacement order and charged me double if I hadn't returned the original order. They did neither. They wanted me to return the order and then they would send me replacements, which would not have gone well since I was in the middle of a cleaning project.

Secure Lids These storage containers are great! They are sturdy and the best part is the lid's "locking" hinges. The lids are securely attached to the container so they can be stacked easily and safely.

Arrived broken. All the lids were damaged when it arrived. Condition should be "used very good" but I don't consider broken lids "very good". Too bad because I think these could have been good.

Good. The containers are good. Not the best quality. One handle was broken when I received the containers. Another broke shortly after and the containers are not full.

Love, perfect. We use these for indoor storage in a restaurant. They do their job

Weak corners. Corner completely broken on first order. Replacement order still had two corners torn or broken, but I needed boxes so didn't return them a second time.

Pretty fragile. I don't know what the difference is between "durability" and "toughness," but this plastic container shattered into pieces when the peacock saw his reflection in it and attacked him. Getting kicked by a peacock is pretty tough, but still… This container shattered like thin glass when kicked by our peacock friend. It seems like it could have withstood at least 20 kicks, I don't know.

Work as they should. I bought these to organize some of our Christmas decorations. They work as they should. They were the perfect size to store all of our Christmas books in. I also like the red lids. They help distinguish the decorations from the other containers.

Quality but damaged I really like these storage containers but some of the containers arrived damaged

Strong chemical smell. Leaves a strong chemical smell in baby clothes and toys inside.

Avoid! A little disappointed. One arrived damaged. Firstly because they were not packaged well enough to survive shipping and secondly because they are not sturdy enough to survive shipping. Cheaply made and overpriced.

I was disappointed because the storage containers are not sturdy at all. Not very good quality.

Thinner than usual. Don't try to use these larger boxes for heavy, dense contents as the plastic tray is far too thin. For example, textbooks. The container has room but is not sturdy enough for anything except light duty when FULL. As it ages, plastic becomes brittle and storing paint cans, books, notebooks, tools, etc. doesn't seem as practical with those items. But I will use these two for clothes and look for a sturdier storage container. In my opinion, such products were better made 4 6 years ago, but as with so many products, cost cutting results in 10% 15% less effort. IMHO

Four storage containers, one lid. All four containers arrived in good condition, except that only one lid was included in the package.

Two covers are missing from the order. The product arrived on time, but two covers are missing. How do I get the two covers?

Lids broken. I like the size of the containers, but when I opened the box, half of the lids were broken/shattered.

The order was incomplete. The boxes are great. I plan to order more but this order was missing a box. I received 5 lids but only 4 boxes.

It will help, but we need bigger containers. You would think that for the price you would get bigger storage boxes or an extra one, but to be honest I didn't know the size of the boxes I already have in my garage to use those as a basis… But everything is there and not damaged. We ordered grey ones though… because I didn't want the stuff to be an eyesore in our garage.

Loose closure The blue handles do not lock, but open by themselves.

Super thin plastic. It's not thick plastic. I've used them for fabric but wouldn't use them for heavy duty work.

It broke after prolonged use. It is not worth the price. I expected it to last a long time but it broke. I am disappointed.

One item is missing handles. I was very disappointed that one clear plastic storage box was fine and the other was completely missing the latches and handles but I'm getting a refund and they're picking it up tomorrow. Still, I was very upset. I also said before that everything is fine and I'm getting two more tomorrow so I hope the others are fine too but it's very disappointing.

Smelly and not airtight. Ordered these to store boxed or pre packaged pantry staples like bags of rice or flour or lentil bags, packets of pasta, etc. After almost 2 months, these containers still smell like chemicals. I washed and aired them out but they still smell. Also, the lids don't really seal tightly, you can press your fingers into the closed container. So they are not airtight and I don't think they keep bugs out. It's too late to send them back. If they stop smelling by Christmas, maybe I can put decorations in them.

As everyone said, the box does not lock securely. The size is fine, but if this box is dropped or knocked over, everything comes out. Very unimpressed.

The company stands behind their products! I purchased two sets of these containers to store my son's collectibles. I chose them based on size, weight, and shape. They are definitely made of rigid plastic that is not flexible and probably wouldn't hold up to a drop, but for storing lightweight items, they are a great choice due to their clear color, more square shape that allows for more efficient storage, and locking lids. One of the lids arrived broken, so I contacted the company. They responded immediately and sent replacements very quickly. I was 100% satisfied with the resolution!! I believe the damage occurred in transit, but the company's actions to fix the problem show their focus on customer service. I would definitely purchase from this company again and recommend them!!

Handles fitted incorrectly These are ok. Bigger than expected but the handles were fitted incorrectly so I have a set that doesn't close properly. It's annoying to send them back so I'm stuck with them.

The closures are flimsy and don't stay closed. These containers were the perfect size but the blue closure doesn't stay in place. There is no edge on the lid or closure to help keep them closed so they open far too easily. I would have returned them but I was pressed for time to clean out a shed. I wouldn't buy them again.

The locking clips are very loose. The lid does not lock securely. They seem sturdy, but I am not happy with how loose the locking clips are.

What was I thinking??? So overpriced. They are not very sturdy and the seams could easily tear. I will not buy them again.

Great containers We have 12" under our bed so these 10" containers were perfect to fit under. We put blankets and extra bedding in them. Very sturdy and you can see through them.

Breaks easily. The locking mechanisms break way too easily. They wouldn't close properly and ruined a 50 pound bag of corn meal for the chickens. Everything got moldy.

Disappointed, the lid was already cracked when it was delivered. Plastic is cheap.

Crap. The food is terrible. And such small portions. The old joke holds true. The lid on this can is pretty loose, not airtight, not even insect proof. The one I received had a crack in it. I ordered the two pack and only got one. However, it's as easy to use as a bucket that you just pour stuff into.

Arrived WITHOUT LIDS. I want to leave a better review but I can't use them for their intended purpose yet as they came without lids! They are in one piece so that's good but I really need the lids that were advertised…

Brittle hard plastic, cracked I thought the plastic would be more flexible. One of two containers arrived cracked. Perhaps the containers store towels, wrapping paper and other soft items. I am disappointed.

Great size, fantastic customer service. I ordered these for my aging mother in law's pantry. She loves the size as it fits her cereal boxes and crackers etc. She can handle them easily. Extremely sturdy, not as wobbly as some I've seen. One of the blue locking handles was broken. I wrote to them thinking they could send me a new handle. Their customer service is fantastic. They responded within a day with 2 options: full refund or replacement order of containers with lids. I chose the replacement order and it was shipped immediately. Received within a few days. I highly recommend ordering from this company.

Standard Storage Containers Your basic plastic storage container. I prefer ones with the hinged latches that go over the lid so it's a little easier to hold. Perfect for storing extra blankets, towels, out of season clothes, etc.

The latches don't stay in place, the lids come off. Bought a 2nd set of these because I liked the first set so much. The latches on the first set are square, grey and work great, the latches on the second set are rounded, BLUE AND WORTHLESS because they stay locked and attached.

Very nice. I really like this item. I wish it was bigger. But I really like them.

Smaller than advertised When I received the package one of the containers was broken, which I would not hold the seller responsible for as it could have been damaged in transit. When I filed the return stating one of the containers was broken, the seller messaged me saying they would give me 10% off if I still found the product useful and wanted to keep it. I replied saying I can only use half of the product so I would not keep it for only 10% off. Then they replied saying they would refund me 12.50 which is close to the 10% off. It's like they didn't even read my message. Then I decided to measure the containers to see if they would hold the filters I wanted in them and then I realized the containers were much smaller than the ad said, being 2 inches in width and about 5 inches in length. See pictures. I would avoid this seller. I am very dissatisfied.

Good enough. Good size, but the handles don't close the lid very well. It seemed expensive to me, but I didn't do much price research before ordering.

Not very durable or sturdy. Breaks easily. These storage containers are not very durable. They break very easily and the material they are made from is not sturdy at all!
