Have not received any items I am a loyal customer and have never had a problem until now. I ordered a lot more and two are missing. I want to replace them and it has been 48 hours

Nice size, smells bad. The product itself is fine, but it smells like poop. I tried putting dryer sheets on it, spraying perfume on it, spraying air freshener, but the poop smell wouldn't go away. The smell also makes everything in the bin smell like poop. Can't use it for storage, it would stink up everything. Too bad I missed the return deadline.

Sturdy. Really happy with these baskets. They have a plastic coating to keep their shape. They don't come with ropes so you have to tie them yourself. Great boxes and the perfect height and width for shelves. Great for the price!

I dropped a base to a contender. In general, I appreciated the contenders, and one of them dropped the base I had in the background. It's all so that you don't have to worry about the things you need.

Very durable and pretty. They are sturdy, the ropes used as handles are good quality and look great. I love that I can wipe them down because they are plastic on the outside. The size is great and I started using them right away!

A little shiny The outside fabric is a little shiny in my opinion, thought it was normal fabric all around. The handles are great and it fits perfectly in my closet.

Good size and great value. I love that they are deep and have a vinyl coating that you can wipe down on the outside, not the inside. I will be using them to store clothes in the compartments of my closet. I wish they were a little sturdier. For the price, it's worth it and I will be buying more.

The smell is horrible!!! The smell is horrible. It doesn't go away even after several days! Luckily I can return them.

Wobbly You get what you pay for. Super wobbly and looks cheap

Seams tear easily. I like the size and look of the product. Unfortunately, the center seams are thin where the bags are folded and tear easily. I don't expect these to hold up as two have already burst.

Vinyl Bins These bins are great for organizing everyday items. The sides are made of vinyl, making them easy to clean. The bottom is made of fabric with a removable cardboard insert. Rope handles are stylish and sturdy.

Great quality. These are great quality. I missed the part where you have to assemble the handles and everything yourself, so be aware that you get the rope handles in a bag and have to tie those on yourself. But that's not a big deal, this product has a glossy finish on the outside which makes it easy to clean. The containers are also spacious enough to store everything you need. I bought a second order of these because I liked them so much.

Great price and great size. For this price I was surprised that the quality is good, large, attractive and practical. I am currently cleaning out my closet and finding so many things to fit in it. At the moment it is handbags, jeans and hats. Will buy more soon.

They are made of plastic. It says it is premium fabric, but the outside of these boxes is made of plastic, which is very misleading. Other than that, they are pretty, but just not what I expected.

Good value for money. They were about the stuff I expected, especially for the price! They aren't super sturdy, so don't pack them full and don't expect them to hold their shape perfectly, but if you pack just the right amount in, they're good.

Sturdy and pretty. The storage bins came in a flat mailer. Easy to assemble. I use two of them to store my toddler's books. She can easily access the books and clean up herself. I use the third bin as a catch all bin by the front door. I can easily carry the bins from room to room. I definitely recommend these bins!

These are blue, not teal. I was OK with it being blue since my bathroom and closet area have a beachy vibe with blue. It was a steal at the 12 for 3 deal, I couldn't resist.

I love them! The fact that you can just wipe them down if you spill something on them is great! Especially if you have kids around. And I love the grey color too.

Quite thin. I was expecting something a bit more durable. Would only recommend it for very light items as the material is very thin and would not hold its shape for weights over 1.1 1.5kg.

These aren't fabric, but more of a slippery plastic, but I still like them for their sturdiness. They don't bulge like most do. They're good for organizing or throwing washcloths or even something heavier in. I use them for my dressers so they don't look like trash between perfumes and hair products from the shower, lotions and deodorants. They hold up pretty well.

Baskets not of good quality. One of the baskets had no holes for ropes at the end.

The ropes don't stay in. If I could return it I would. Cheaply made. I just opened it today as I was waiting for my closet to be finished.

Great portable storage with nice rope handles. I like that they are not too big and not too small. For me they are perfect for putting folded laundry in. Socks and underwear in one…then my boys' t shirts in the other two. Jeans…sweatpants…hoodies are a no go. Unless maybe you want one of each in a "basket". They look nice and have that piece of cardboard to reinforce them a bit. I got them at 45% off for about $12 and I think that's a good price for the look and quality.

Improvement: These have really made my laundry room look neat and tidy. I love the color and quality. I recommend this product.

Weird smell. Weird smell. I thought it would go away after a little exposure to the sun. It did, but then when I started using it in my closet it came back and you can smell it on all my clothes. You can't smell it on other linens in the house that are stored elsewhere. I wanted to return it but I missed the deadline by 2 days.

The best there is. I love their versatility. Perfect for the bathroom, teen's room. I ordered two more sets.

Not bad, but beware, they are covered in a clear glossy coating. They were pretty much as expected except they are glossy… A light plastic like coating makes them look a bit cheap, but might be good for kids' rooms as they are easier to wipe down.

Perfect size. I needed something above our closet door for our hats, gloves, etc. They are perfect! In one box I have my 1 year snowsuit, gloves, hat and scarf. And there is still so much room in there. They are very durable. I just double checked the measurements because I didn't and thought they would be smaller. But they serve their purpose for me.

Good boxes. They are good looking boxes. They fit very well under my bed. One of the boxes did not have holes to attach the cable so I had to do that myself.

Don't waste your money. The boxes were literally made of cardboard. Bad quality. Even the rope almost ripped apart when I tried to tie a knot in it. Not worth the money.

No ropes are included. I was surprised that the ropes are not included and I couldn't tie them down to give it the look I expected. I also thought they might be fabric but they are plastic coated. They would work but I was so disappointed.

Just what I needed. They are a nice size and the colors look exactly as pictured, which has been an issue with some others. They are a shiny material on the outside but canvas on the inside.

Shiny These definitely look worse in reality than they do in the picture. Very shiny, plastic like material and you have to tie and add the strings yourself. They still serve their purpose but I'm sure I'll replace them with something cuter at some point.

Functional but too expensive The boxes look OK and do what they promise but 14 for 3 boxes is just too much in my opinion.

Best thing I have ever bought. I am very happy with the quality and the way they look. They are easy to wipe down which is a huge plus especially if you are using them for kids toys etc. I will be buying a few more of these for my bedroom and bathroom. In fact I will probably be buying a few more sets for different purposes. If you have been wanting some of these I highly recommend them. The quality is very good, they wipe down easily and look great. Get them I promise you will be very happy with your purchase. If not you have 30 days to return them for any reason but I doubt you will consider that. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed once they have them.

Cute for the laundry room. These are plastic with a fabric covered insert for the bottom. I bought them without checking them out thoroughly but I thought they were fabric like canvas. They are plain shiny on the outside. Easy to put together and look good for storage.

It's worth the retail price of 12 for a pack of 3. Super easy to put together. Fabric and box feel cheap but that's what I paid for. It achieved the look I wanted and was within my budget. I ended up buying another one but the second one is all plastic but again it's worth the cheaper price for the simple needs that need to be met.

Storage Containers The containers were pretty but looked very cheap when I got them in person. The picture and description are not what I expected. I'm keeping them because I will use them but I wouldn't buy them again.

Not fabric. The description says they are fabric. They are not. They are thin woven paper covered in plastic. The surface scratches and wrinkles easily and looks cheap and dingy. They don't last long and don't hold much weight.

Well made, great for college students. Bought these for my college student. Well made. The material is coated so it wipes down easily. Happy with the purchase.

Great product. Easy to assemble. The handles are made of sturdy rope which really surprised me. They make it easy to carry and move. They fold up easily. Excellent storage boxes. I was pleasantly surprised by the sturdiness of these 3 storage boxes. One of the boxes I packed probably weighs about 20 pounds and when carrying it, it feels like it can definitely hold its weight. The outer fabric is well stitched all around. I have used them several times already to move items from one room to another. The price of these storage boxes was definitely a plus and worth anything else I have seen comparable at local stores.

Not well made The strips you see are actually plastic that is on top of the trash can. They are poorly made. The plastic will undoubtedly start to crumble quickly. The rope is not wound tightly.
