Steams items quickly. I travel a lot. This one is a little larger/heavier than my last steamer, but it packs a punch. It only took 3 minutes to smooth a large, layered dress, and since I'm a size L, it seems worth the price and size. It's easy to use as a steamer, but if you want to switch it back to ironing mode, it's a bit difficult because it's very hot and you can easily burn yourself. So I just wait for it to cool down before putting it back in the parallel position. One issue I had with my last steamer was that the cord came out the side, and when I coiled the cord for travel, it frayed at that bend. This cord is lighter and comes out of the bottom of the steamer, so it shouldn't have the same weak points when packing it for travel.

The water stopper is a bit wobbly, so I hope it holds up. Otherwise, a great little steamer. No fuss, no hassle. Takes a few minutes to iron one top. The water capacity is basically enough for one rather wrinkled shirt. You have to refill and make sure there's no water left. I didn't buy it for an ironing party. Mending one shirt, or maybe my husband and I's. Two refills and I'm done! So far so good, but then I just tried it on two shirts that were on hangers, and they look fine again after the rather wrinkled parts. We'll see. Hopefully it will last a while.
