Sturdy, weak locking mechanism. Assembly is easy, but some may find the sides slightly warped due to bending. A stronger locking mechanism could have mitigated this issue. Many of the locking pin holes are too large, preventing the boxes from snapping together when stacked. Superglue could be used as a permanent fix, but this would compromise the ability to reconfigure.

decent enough shoe storage solution. These consist of 21 individual sections, two of which you slot together at the top/bottom and one at the front, and remove the additional packaging from the door. Connecting pins are included, which you can snap into the holes on the top or bottom of the boxes, allowing them to be stacked securely without slipping. An interesting design choice, as they could have neatly slotted the top and bottom into each other, but opted for this pin solution instead. The pins are a bit tricky to get into the holes. I found that placing them over the hole and gently tapping them with a hammer worked well. However, if I hit them too hard, they went in too far and had to be pushed back out. The doors stay shut thanks to magnets, so they close easily and remain secure. The boxes are large enough to even fit a pair of men's hiking boots, no problem. The transparent door makes it easy to see which pair you're going to wear.

Space saving and with plenty of storage space. Excellent instructions. Great product, but the little knobs that hold everything together to prevent it from slipping could be better and include a stacking clamp.

Great shoe organizer. Assembly was super easy. The only reason I gave it a 4/5 was because the small stackable pieces wouldn't fit into the opening without bending it. Luckily, these boxes stack well without them, as long as you stack them neatly. There's no Lego like recess for them to fit into. Overall, they seem pretty sturdy. I wear a size 34, and the smaller boxes I ordered for my shoes fit comfortably. Even my platform Uggs fit!

Sturdy, easy to assemble. I would have given it 5 stars if the fluted ends on four pieces hadn't been damaged, even in the sealed packaging. I'm showing two examples in the photo; the others were similar. This meant the hinged sides didn't lock properly into place. I ended up securing the pieces with a small piece of electrical tape rather than boxing everything up and sending it back. I also discovered that it makes a difference which side connects to the front and back of the box, but this isn't shown in the assembly diagram. There is a slight difference in the side pieces, so pay attention to which direction they fit best; this is important and makes assembly easier. The boxes assembled in about 30 seconds, except for the ones I had to tape together. My only other criticism is that I decided to order another set and found the price had gone up by over 20% in less than a week! After my experience with broken pieces, I may order again. I emailed the company according to the enclosed instructions, but haven't heard anything. That's understandable.
