I'm not particularly flexible, but I bought it because I thought I couldn't keep contorting myself to reach all the hard to reach places when scrubbing my back. The design is quite good, and the motor shuts off when the resistance is too great. I'm used to pressing firmly to get a good scrub, so it took a while for the motor to stop stalling with every use. This feature is great for people who struggle with sensory issues in certain parts of their body and might accidentally scrub too hard. This can provide a bit more independence while bathing. I haven't personally used the dual handle, but I could imagine it being important for people who otherwise need assistance. Overall, it's quite gentle on my skin and helpful when my shoulder is giving me problems and contorting myself isn't the best way to clean my back.

Great experience! Everything was great! 100% worth the price! The packaging was very well packaged, and all parts arrived undamaged and sealed. At first, I thought I'd gotten a broken part, but it turns out the attached part was the charging base, so it should be loose. Holds a charge well. Scrubs really well, and the included exfoliating action does its job. More importantly, it's safe underwater and will stop itself if you position it incorrectly. The only caution you should take is if you have long hair: make sure your hair is out of the way.
